The Key Experts Group
The elaboration of the RDI strategy project is made through specific activities organized in 4 Working Packages. These working packages were constituted from the perspective of both: the steps that should be followed, stipulated by the contract and the goals of the project.
The working packages are coordinated by a member of the Steering Committee. Each package has designated a leader and a rapporteur, selected from the proposals of the consortium members.
The working packages perform their activity, especially in reunions or panel experts that occur periodically (once every 2-3 weeks)
The project leadership attracted and appointed specialist that activate in the consortium member organizations as well as notorious and representative specialist for the Romanian scientific research. Each working package has around 20-30 key experts.
They assure the development of events like seminars, workshops, and conferences as well as the analysis and the synthesizing of the already existing information (at both national and international level) regarding the scientific research from the point of view of the structure, management, funding and revaluation. The key experts certify by signature the quality and objectiveness of the documents elaborated in the project framework.
An important aspect is the fact that the key expert’s experience will blend with national expert’s experience. Therefore both The Strategy and The National Framework Programme reflect the view of the entire Romanian society regarding the RDI system.
Moreover, the key experts have the responsibility to analyze and to take into consideration the points of view of other experts and the proper elaboration of project documents.
