The project management

       In order to reach the goals and to implement the project successful, the project management team develops specific management activities in order to reach the goals. The Executive Director leads the management team and is responsible in front of the Steering Committee for the development of the project activities.

       Therefore he establishes and maintains strong relationships and an efficient communication with:

  -  The Steering Committee
  -  The Scientific Council
  -  The International Experts Board
  -  The international Advisory Board
  -  The coordinators of the Work packages
  -  The representatives of the beneficiary (The Ministry of Education and Research)
