In contrast with previous strategies, the project wants to fulfill its objectives by taking into account analysis methods and techniques and structured consulting, embodied in the foresight concept. The final result of the project forms the Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Framework Programme for the period 2007-20013 and includes many intermediate reports and documents that can be considered independent releases with the objective to analyze various components of the RDI system in Romania.
