The executive management team develops specific management activities in or to reach the goals and to implement the project successful; The General Manager leads the managerial team and he is responsible in front of the Steering Committee for the good performance of the project activities.
With that end in view, he establishes and maintains a strong cooperation (based on an efficient-permanent communication) with:
