Work package 3 "The set of strategic and specific objectives"
The work package is coordinated by Mr. Acad. Florin Filip (as a representative of the Steering Committee) and Mrs. Daniela Hincu as a coordinator. The main objective of work package 3 (WP3) is to assure the methodology and to monitor the prospective exercise (foresight) in order to obtain information (prospective ones), needed to shape RDI Scenarios, the 2020 Perspective from which The National RDI Strategy-National RDI Plan concludes. The specific objectives are: . The prioritization of the objectives and shaping the programmatic instruments for the RDI system. . The structured consultation of the experts (The National Foresight Exercise) The sequence of activities regarding the designing of the methodological and operational frame for the structured consulting of the experts (The National Foresight Exercise) - The experts nomination and co-nomination procedure; - The identification of domains of interest and the directions of investigation associated: institutionally, by online survey and workshop; - The identification of priorities for each domain in each panel in public debates; - To establish the priorities for each domain by Delphi Like type of survey; - To define scenarios
